Bologna president Albano Guaraldi has cooled talk of a deal for Juventus veteran Luca Toni.

Bologna have admitted that they were offered the striker while discussing Frederik Sorensen with Juve, but insist he is not wanted at the present time.

"Toni is not an objective for Bologna," Guaraldi told TMW. "Anything can happen, but, for now, he's not a target.

"Juventus have offered us some players who they want to sell, people like Toni and Vincenzo Iaquinta, as well as others.

"We took note, but we are working on just Sorensen."
