Bologna are actively exploring the prospect of a January deal for Southampton striker Manolo Gabbiadini.

Gazzetta dello Sport says Bologna are ready to back under pressure coach Pippo Inzaghi with a raft of January signings.

Gabbiadini heads their shopping list, which also includes Juventus striker Moise Kean and Villarreal's Nicola Sansone.

Sporting CP midfielder Stefano Sturaro and AC Milan's Andrea Bertolacci are others under consideration.

Bologna are currently third from bottom on the Serie A table.
