DC United captain Jaime Moreno is wanted on loan by Bolivian club Blooming according to DC general manager Dave Kasper.
Kasper indicated to the Washington Post that a decision on whether or not the club would lend out the 35-year old ex-Bolivia international would be made sometimes this week.
No actual details on the potential deal were available but it seems likely that if it were to go ahead, Moreno would play for Blooming until late March, when the MLS season kicks off.
Moreno spent some time on loan with English club Middlesbrough in 1997, just a year after he left the Riverside club for DC and spent one season with the MetroStars in 2003.
