Crystal Palace winger Yannick Bolasie is itching for a first team start.
Bolasie is yet to start a game since returning from the Africa Cup of Nations.
"I am still trying to settle down," Bolasie admitted to the Croydon Advertiser.
"The manager gave me some time off last week, so I'm getting back into it slowly.
"We have other players who have been doing well; the likes of Dwight Gayle, Wilfried Zaha and Jason Puncheon.
"The competition for places is healthy but I'm not scared of that. I am really hungry so I want to prove myself again."
