Crystal Palace winger Yannick Bolasie hopes they can land West Brom striker Saido Berahino.

Bolasie says people get Berahino wrong and he would like to see his friend join him at Crystal Palace.

He told Sky Sports News HQ: "I know Saido and he would be a good signing. I think he's a top lad. Everyone gets him a bit wrong but he's a top guy.

“It's good to see fresh faces come through the door, especially with what we're seeing in the Premier League so far; the managers that have come in and players coming in from all over the world.

“It's part of football I guess. I haven't had it easy where I've come from, I'll be looking forward to battling. It's a buzz for the whole team. Football is all about competition and I'm looking forward to that."
