Manchester United goalkeeper Sergio Romero is wanted by Boca Juniors.
The Daily Star says Argentina manager Edgardo Bauza recently admitted that Romero is unlikely to be able to continue as his number one choice in between the sticks if he is not playing regularly at club level.
And, according to local outlet Ole, that has alerted Boca Juniors, who believe they can tempt the shot-stopper back to his homeland with the offer of first-team football.
The Argentine outfit are said to have already contacted Romero's representatives over a move to Buenos Aires.
Romero is under contract with the Red Devils until the end of next season.
And he is reportedly keen to stay at Old Trafford to fight for his place or at least remain in Europe with his family.
