Boca Juniors defender Ezequiel Munoz has welcomed Fiorentina's interest.

The two clubs are now discussing a fee for the 18 year-old and he told calciomercato.com: "For the moment there is not much to say. I know that the leaders of the two clubs are dealing with this.

"I am peaceful, focused on my recovery. If there is a transfer it will be a great opportunity for me because Fiorentina is a very good club to go to play for.

"If there is no agreement, however, I would be equally happy because a club like Fiorentina were interested in me."
