Bobby Moore movie project seeks final funding push from fans

The final day of funding for 'BO66Y THE MOVIE' is now upon us.

The Kickstarter project, 'BO66Y', tells the story of England and West Ham United legend Bobby Moore - from triumph to tragedy, both on and off the pitch.

The film aims to mark the 50th anniversary of England's victory in the1966 World Cup, and uncovers the truth behind the man - Bobby Moore - who led them to it.

A selection of interviews have already been filmed, including Pele, Wayne Rooney, Sir Geoff Hurst, Paul Gascoigne, Harry Redknapp, Russell Brand and more.

Producer Matthew Lorenzo says: “We interviewed arguably the greatest footballer of them all on Friday afternoon. Pele was anxious to appear in the film as he and Bobby shared a special bond.

"He called Moore the greatest defender in the world and spoke at length about his respect for the man, and told a couple of anecdotes which revealed that the pair obviously enjoyed many good times together. Pele's appearance will give the film yet more star quality and is an indication of just how far Bobby's legacy travels."

The movie is now 82% funded on Kickstarter and fans can contribute by visiting: http://kck.st/1hvAYFO
