George Boateng says this weekend's clash with Stoke will be Hull City's biggest ever game.
Boateng, a £1million capture from Middlesbrough last summer, said: "We've a great opportunity to get out of trouble. We know that if we beat Stoke we are there.
"This is going to be the biggest game in Hull City's history, bigger even than winning last season's play-off final against Bristol City.
"The best thing for us is the game is at home. The good news is we do not have to go to Stoke and defend 650 long throw-ins! I feel very positive."
