Queens Park Rangers director Ruben Emir Gnanalingam claims Harry Redknapp has the full support of the board as he prepares for life in the Championship. He said: "We had a good and positive meeting. We're all very clear in terms of what we are trying to achieve and the strategy is in place to ensure we do things the right way.
