Luis Boa Morte says West Ham United's players have enjoyed their first preseason under manager Gianfranco Zola.

"So far it has been good as we have been working hard," he told WHUTV. "It is the most difficult part of the season but the most important. We know how important it is for us, but so far it has been good.

"It has been a different pre-season to other pre-seasons as we have been running a lot with the ball so I like it."
