Manchester United defender Daley Blind says that he would love to see Swede striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic back at United.

United decided against signing the 35-year-old for an additional year when he suffered a long-term injury in April. However, neither parties have openly dismissed the prospect of a reunion in the future.

When asked about the idea of Ibrahimovic returning to United, Blind told NBC Sports: "Of course. No doubt he would again be another big signing and last year he gave a big boost for the team.

"He is still a great player and great person and he makes everything better."
