Ajax midfielder Daley Blind admits he can understand coach Frank de Boer wanting to move to Tottenham.
Ajax have confirmed an approach from Spurs for De Boer.
Holland international Blind said: "De Boer is ambitious. After winning four league titles, maybe you look further ahead. But he has always had confidence in me and I hope he continues."
