The agent of former PSG coach Laurent Blanc has denied reports of contact with Barcelona.

Blanc was a player at Camp Nou, knows the club and is currently out of work. After leaving PSG he decided he wanted to rest, now, according to his agent Jean-Pierre Menes, he is ready to work again.

"He needed to rest and he's rested," he said to Canal Plus. "Now he's ready to return. The priority is to work abroad. But other than that, I don't know what could happen."

Menes says even though we're only in April, Blanc already has "numerous offers from clubs and national teams" and also spoke about Barça's possible interest.

"I don't know many managers that wouldn't dream of working at Barça, but there's been no contact with them," he said.
