The winger struck a hat-trick in their friendly win over QPR.
"It's going well at the moment and that's a great way to celebrate signing a new contract," he told West Ham TV. "It just shows that I've got to really push on from now and then the hard work starts again. But it's a good way to mark the new deal.
"I've been at West Ham ever since I was little, so to sign for another two years is a great opportunity for me and just another stepping stone for me to push on in the future.
"West Ham is all I know, so this has been good for me, learning my trade here and trying to make myself a better player. Ultimately, this is the club that I want to be at and that's why I've signed the contract."
