Blackpool are yet to hear from Swansea City over manager Ian Holloway.

Holloway, 49, is on a rolling 12-month contract at Blackpool and it is understood any compensation figure for the Bristolian's services would be around the £500,000 mark, says the South Wales Echo.

As Swansea will receive around £7m from Liverpool for Rodgers and the three backroom staff members he took to Anfield, that would not unduly trouble the Swans if they felt Holloway was the man to take them forward.
