Bournemouth striker Brett Pitman is a £1 million target for Blackpool.
The News of the World says Blackpool boss Ian Holloway first tried to sign Pitman in January and believes the Channel Islander can make the step up to the Premier League.
Guernsey-born Pitman, 22, bagged 28 goals to lead Bournemouth to promotion from League Two last season.
