Blackpool targeting Motherwell’s Murphy

Blackpool are believed to be keen on Motherwell winger Jamie Murphy.

Seasiders boss Ian Holloway is determined to strengthen his squad as he looks for promotion straight back to the Premier League and has lined up a £250,000 move for the 22-year old according to the Daily Record.

Blackpool made enquiries for Celtic winger Paddy McCourt last week but were unsuccessful and have now turned their attentions to Murphy, who has 18 months remaining on his Fir Park contract, but could be ready for a move to the English Championship.
