Blackpool are swooping for Nimes left-back Salaheddine Sbai.

The Daily Mail says Sbai was undergoing a medical at Bloomfield Road last night.

Defender Sbai, 25, is a Moroccan international and is coming in on loan for the rest of the season. Manager Ian Holloway needs a left-back after losing Stephen Crainey to an ankle injury in the 2-1 defeat by Sunderland on Saturday.

Blackpool host Manchester United tonight.
