Blackpool are chasing Peterborough United attacker George Boyd.
The Sun says Seasiders boss Ian Holloway has earmarked Boyd as Charlie Adam's replacement.
Holloway accepts key playmaker Adam may be on his way this month so is chasing midfielder Boyd - who has netted 41 goals in 163 league starts.
A Posh source said: "If they come up with £2million a deal could be done."
