Blackpool’s Vaughan linked with Rangers

Blackpool midfielder David Vaughan is being linked with a potential move to Rangers this summer.

Following Craig Whyte’s takeover of the Glasgow club on Friday, rumours regarding transfers have begun to circulate with Vaughan’s name being of the first linked with an Ibrox shift.

The 28-year old Welshman has been a regular under Ian Holloway at Bloomfield Road this season, making 33 Premier League appearances, and it is believed that ‘Gers are hoping to hold talks with him ahead of a possible June move.

With the prospect of the Seasiders being relegated, it could be a good time for the former Crewe Alexandra and Real Sociedad man to move on but only time will tell if a deal will actually take place.
