Blackpool boss Ian Holloway is reviving his bid for Portsmouth striker David Nugent.
The Mirror says Holloway is plotting a fresh £500,000 swoop for Nugent.
Holloway has turned his attentions to Nugent after deciding not to pursue his interest in Plymouth's Bradley Wright-Phillips.
The Tangerines came close to signing Nugent on loan on August deadline day but the deal fell through because the former England star would not pick up his phone.
