Blackpool president Valery Belokon says there is money to spend in the January market.
Belokon says he has complete faith in manager Ian Holloway's judgment in the transfer market, and suggests Holloway will receive the board's backing for any signings in the mid-season transfer window.
"We haven't spent too much money, but first of all we have to get a feel for the Premier League and get some experience of it," Belokon told the Blackpool Gazette. "Once we have done that there is the January transfer window.
"It would be easy to spend money in the summer and less later, but I think it is better to be more reserved now and spend more money in January, when we have a feel for the division."
