The Daily Mail says Blackpool are back on the trail of West Bromwich Albion striker Reid.
Ian Holloway and his scouts have watched the 22-year-old extensively and tried to sign him a year ago as Reid shot to prominence with 19 goals for Rotherham United.
However, Roberto Di Matteo then paid £300,000 to lure Reid to The Hawthorns. The move has not worked out for him, though, and he has since gone out on loan to Walsall where he is impressing once again.
