Blackpool players will share in a £5 million jackpot if they win promotion to the Premiership.

Blackpool face Bristol City today knowing victory will guarantee them a place in the play-offs and a chance of the £90million jackpot that goes with promotion.

Boss Holloway revealed: "Our wages budget is nowhere near what people say you need to get in the play-offs, but the players have got an opportunity to do that all of a sudden.

"They get £5m if we get promoted that the owner has put up from his own money.

"How much of a team talk have I got to do?

"It's a fantastic incentive and they are all going for it, trying so see if they can make the sort of money they should have earned anyway."
