The People says Blackpool boss Ian Holloway is ready to throw Burnley contract rebel Blake a Premier League lifeline.
He turned down a deal with the relegated Clarets and is set for talks with the promoted Seasiders.
Hearts are also interested, but Blake's family would prefer to stay in the Northwest.
