Blackpool boss Ian Holloway has made a move for Swansea City striker Stephen Dobbie.
Holloway is in talks with Dobbie about joining for the THIRD time, says the Mirror.
Holloway has agreed a bargain price of around £300,000 with Swansea for the Scottish attacker who has sparked two promotion charges in previous loan spells, and Dobbie is open to a return.
