Blackpool have placed an £8million price tag on forward Thomas Ince.
The Mail on Sunday says Ince Jnr has attracted interest from Newcastle United and Tottenham but Everton have so far baulked at his price tag.
The midfielder turned down a move to Cardiff earlier this summer.
