Blackpool boss Simon Grayson wants to extend the loan of Liverpool winger Aaron Hammill to the end of the season.

He said: "I have already spoken with Owen Brown, Liverpool's chief scout, about Adam Hammill and told him we would like to keep Adam until the end of the season. They are having a meeting to decide what to do.

"If Adam does go back to Liverpool, he has to be somewhere around their first team and knocking on the door. If he isn't, the best thing the lad can do is to stay on loan... and hopefully with us."
