Liverpool defender Lloyd Jones has extended his youth loan at Blackpool until the end of the season.

The defender originally joined the League One outfit last month on a temporary spell and will now remain with them for 2015-16.

Jones has been a regular in the Reds' U21s team in recent seasons following his transfer from Plymouth Argyle in 2011.

Last term, the 19-year-old had loan stints with Cheltenham Town and Accrington Stanley.
