Blackpool captain Charlie Adam is ready for his first preseason under manager Ian Holloway.
It will be Adam's first pre-season for the club, after signing just days before the start of last year's campaign. He had just one friendly game, against Everton, before the league opener at QPR.
"I've never done a pre-season with this manager so it will be a new experience for me and I don't know what it is going to be like," Adam told the Blackpool Gazette.
"The manager was terrific with us last year and hopefully it will be more of the same this year.
"We will work as hard as any team in the league and that's why we've got to get the pre-season right and make sure we're ready."
