Blackpool manager Paul Ince wants son Thomas Ince to continue his career abroad.
The Mail on Sunday says Swansea City, Crystal Palace and Cardiff are all close to agreeing a £4million fee with Blackpool for the England Under-21 midfielder.
Dad Paul would like his son to develop his career abroad with Ajax and other overseas teams expressing an interest.
