Liverpool and Tottenham are among clubs chasing the England U21 star.
Ince says it will take a "ridiculous" offer to prize son Tom from Blackpool.
The winger, 21, is in demand and Paul said: "If someone makes a ridiculous offer, we'll have to look at it."
