Blackpool boss Ian Holloway says Matty Phillips is drawing inspiration from Arsenal legend Thierry Henry.
The Blackpool winger has scored 10 goals in as many games for the Seasiders since being given a key role in Ian Holloway's line-up.
But before his current run he had scored just once in more than two years of first-team action.
"It is about belief and that is happening with Matt now.
"It is great to see how much he has come on over the last six months. He isn't panicking when he has a chance any more."Boss Ollie, whose men are home to Portsmouth today, said: "When Thierry Henry went to Arsenal, he was hardly prolific but they worked with him and every time he went through he looked like he was going to score.
