Blackpool boss Ian Holloway is convinced Matty Phillips will play for England.
Holloway is delighted with the progress of the former Wycombe Wanderers winger.
He said: "David Carney, he's an Australian international and it won't be long before Matt [Phillips] is a full international too, he's an absolutely wonderful player, he's already played for the under-20s."
