Blackpool boss Ian Holloway isn't surprised by Premiership interest for midfielder Charlie Adam.
The former Rangers player has been linked with Bolton Wanderers and Burnley this week.
"I'd be very disappointed if the Premier League clubs weren't watching him," said Holloway. "He has been outstanding.
"We were lucky to get him and I thought Rangers were wrong to sell.
"The better he does and the more people come in for him, the happier I'm going to be.
"I never, ever want to sell any of my players but sometimes the financial climate deems you have to.
"Of course I don't want to sell him but the boy wants to get on. He's 23 and I promised him when he signed we were going to get to the Premier League and that hopefully he'd do it with us. If not I told him I could help him get there anyway."
