Blackpool boss Ian Holloway is looking for a few rough diamonds.
Holloway is casting his net wide to add to his squad before the summer market shuts.
He told the club's website: "Both the chairman and myself are very straightforward about what we want and how we're going to do it and I agree with him how we're doing it.
"Let's see what happens. I want the right people and I have to make the right decisions.
"I want the right people to work with, I don't care where they come from or whatever division they come from and I don't want anyone to judge them yet. I want to polish them up and give them a half-decent career."
