Blackpool boss Ian Holloway is confident of shocking Premiership rivals next season.
Holloway proved last season he is adept at proving folk wrong - and he intends to do the same when Blackpool line up alongside the likes of Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool in August.
"If you read the papers and listen to the bookies then we'll come straight back down, won't we?" the Pool boss told the Blackpool Gazette.
"But have a look at what they were saying last year. They were saying we would end up in League One - so it's a good job we didn't listen to them isn't it? I'm not scared of what's to come. Yes it will be tough. I'm not stupid or arrogant enough to think it won't be.
"But that doesn't stop me wanting to break some records again for the lowest budget, the best scores, some great results. Do I think we can do that? Why not. Anything is possible if you put your mind to it. But you have to be focused.
"And if you look at our focus, nine wins out of the last 11 games - three of them play-off games, against teams which finished nine points and six points above us. Would they do that in a new season? I don't think so.
"And that is what I am proud of. I think we improved beyond belief as the season went on and we proved that by going up.
"I can't wait for the Premier League and the more someone tells me we'll struggle and that I can't do something, the more I'm determined to bloody well do it, end of story."
