Ian Holloway's achievement at Blackpool will be used by Championship chairmen against their managers, says Paul Hart.
Holloway might be one of football's most popular personalities but his dream success at the tiny seaside club last season has created a nightmare for the bosses he left behind.
Former QPR and Crystal Palace manager Hart explained to the Sunday Mirror: "They are all going to keep hearing their chairman ask why they want £11million to pay their players when Ollie could win promotion on £800,000.
"I think everybody in the game was thrilled for Ian after they had won at Wembley in the play-offs last May, but come November they'll be sick of the sound of his name!
"What's worse is that if my chairman hit me with that question, I honestly can't think of a good way to answer it!
"Let's face it, not only did Blackpool win promotion on the smallest budget in the division but they did it playing some of the best football as well."
