Blackburn Rovers midfielder Stephen Warnock is convinced they showed the form against Fulham to lift themselves free of the dropzone.

"We have got to take on the spirit we showed against Fulham for the rest of the season now," he said.

"The moment you start worrying about the league position and getting anxious about the result, that is when you start underperforming and mis-placing passes.

"We came out and enjoyed the second half at Fulham by getting on the ball to play. We have got to do that at the Emirates. We have got to express ourselves and prove we are a good team."
