Blackburn want £12m for Arsenal target Samba

Blackburn Rovers have reportedly added £2million to their asking price for defender Christopher Samba.

The 27-year old DR Congo international is a firm target for Arsenal but they will have to pay around £12million for his services according to the Daily Mail.

Blackburn have backtracked on their initial fee as they just found out 15% of a potential sale will go directly to former club Hertha Berlin.

It seems the Ewood Park outfit are also reluctant to sell Samba after they lost young centre-half Phil Jones to Manchester United recently.
