Blackburn Rovers boss Steve Kean is set to complete the signings of teenage Portuguese pair Edinho Junior and Paulo Jorge.
Both players have passed medicals at Ewood Park and are expected to sign three-year deals with Kean excited about the impending captures of the Olhanense striker and the Portugal U19 midfielder.
"He's got a vast amount of talent," Kean told the Lancashire Telegraph about Edinho. "We've known about him for a while.
"You can't have too many good young ones."
On Jorge he added: "He doesn't look his age. He looks much older and shows a maturity beyond his years. He is like a young (Gennaro) Gattuso."
