Blackburn Rovers are moving for West Ham United striker Ilan.
The People says Rovers boss Sam Allardyce is in the market for Ilan - especially if he is not given any cash to splash out on a striker as Rovers go through an agonising wait to see who the new owners of the club will be.
The striker could be invited to Blackburn on trial to prove his fitness, but the shrewd manager knows that he could do better if he is given cash to spend.
