Fulham face a battle to keep hold of coach Billy McKinlay.
The Sun says Rovers are targeting McKinlay as their new boss after failing to land Tim Sherwood from Tottenham.
McKinlay, 43, may have a low profile but Rovers chief Shebby Singh is impressed with his growing reputation at both club and international level with Northern Ireland.
