Ipswich Town boss Roy Keane faces a battle to keep his World Cup star Tommy Smith.
The Sun says Blackburn Rovers boss Sam Allardyce is monitoring New Zealand star Smith's prospects at Ipswich.
The Blackburn boss was recommended Tractor Boy Smith, 20, by skipper Ryan Nelsen - the defender's Kiwi pal.
Smith played for England at the U17 World Cup in South Korea.
