Blackburn Rovers are close to sealing a permanent deal for West Bromwich Albion striker Simon Cox.
Blackburn are hopeful of completing a £2.5million deal for Cox.
The Baggies striker has also been linked with Reading, Southampton and Birmingham, and started only seven league games last term.
