Blackburn Rovers are making an offer for QPR striker Jamie Mackie.
The Mirror says Blackburn boss Steve Kean is making an ambitious £3.5million bid to sign Queens Park Rangers' Scotland forward Mackie.
Kean has approached his Hoops counterpart Mark Hughes with an offer for Mackie and is now in discussions with the player's camp about a move to the Championship promotion hopefuls.
