Blackburn Rovers have made the first move for Blackpool captain Charlie Adam.
The Daily Mail says Rovers have opened the bidding for Blackpool midfielder Adam along with Birmingham City, offering £2million.
The 25-year-old, who is also wanted by Everton, Bolton and Newcastle, has been outstanding this season and Blackburn manager Steve Kean wants to him to kickstart his recruitment drive.
Adam is off contract in June.
