Blackburn Rovers have been hit with a hamstring injury suffered by Christopher Samba.

Samba broke down during defeat to Chelsea.

Kean said: "Chris tried to shake it off and we were hoping it was cramp. It is a killer because he is so influential but we have a number of players in that position who are making progress."
