Real Betis midfielder Damian Petcoff is in the sights of Blackburn Rovers.

Rovers boss Steve Kean is now accelerating his transfer plans and Petcoff is under consideration, says the Daily Mail.

Argentine Petcoff, 21, moved to Spain aged 15 with his family from Buenos Aires.

He has been linked with Barcelona in the past.
